JESUS SILVA JR.
Licensed to practice in both California and Nevada since 1999, Atty. Silva has provided legal services to diverse clientele ranging from wealthy celebrities to sheltered abuse victims, and from non-profit organizations and small businesses to Fortune 500 entities.
A Stanford University graduate from the class of 1988, he self-designed his Bachelor of Arts curriculum in Values, Technology, Science & Society. His legal experience commenced in Washington, D.C. on Pennsylvania Avenue as a paralegal covering the federal regulatory agencies for government-contract specialists Crowell & Moring. He moved to Los Angeles to join the corporate group of the prestigious firm of Latham & Watkins near the height of the mergers and acquisition era.
In 1993, Atty. Silva earned a full-tuition scholarship to the Loyola Law School of Los Angeles where he competed in moot court, served on the student council, and staffed the Entertainment Law Journal.
Proudly hailing from an immigrant family from rural Michoacan, Mexico , Atty. Silva is an avid conservationist and consummate civic leader. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and has lived and studied in Europe and Africa for extensive periods. His familiarity with Latin-American and Asian cultures aids in facilitating negotiations involving family disputes over marital property and child custody issues.
